It is not ok to not have dinner the night before a run. It wasn’t on purpose and it’s really unusual for me to not eat — I love food and am keenly aware that eating properly is just as key to healthy living as exercise. Food is fuel! Yesterday was a rest day and today was only supposed to be strength training. Sick Day Doldrums
