I haven’t posted much in the way of running stuff because… IT’S TAPER TIME!
Next weekend is the 25k and after last night’s run, I’m feeling confident and fairly relaxed. My ankle isn’t quite as painful, though still not perfect, but as long as I can manage it for the next week, I’m fine. (Soooo looking forward to a post-race pedicure! My poor feet need it!)
Last night I did 5 miles in 44:49 in a wet Central Park before hurrying home to get my apartment cleaned and ready for Rob’s visit. We have so many fun things planned including a run or two.
