GPOYW: Me with my two favorite guys in the world edition
My dad, me, Mr. B
Ok… A few words before you begin the long and arduous task of watching this video. (Seriously, I ramble.) I just got home from a run, plus I’ve never done one of these (meaning a video blog) before so I was nervous and when I get nervous I do the following: say “ummm” a lot, talk too fast, and ramble. Please don’t hold it against me. I will have my shit together next time. Promise.*
*Also, I’ll try to pick a day where I’m not super congested and dying from allergies to do my next video blog…
What better way to kick off a Thursday than with a running-related laugh. I’ve seen them. You’ve seen them. We’ve all seen them…

It’s here! It’s here! December is finally here!!! I love everything about Christmas time. I love Christmas music and decorations and I really get into the “Christmas spirit.” (You can expect to hear a lot about Christmas over the next few weeks.) This is, by far, one of my favorite holiday memories. (I’m especially thankful that we decided to get it all on video!) A little history: My sophomore year of college, I lived in a quad in my sorority house with three of my favorite girls and best friends in the world. We had a lot of fun in cramped quarters. Around Christmas, we spent a great deal of time listening to Christmas music, dancing, and watching Love, Actually. One night, before dinner was being served and before our chapter meeting, we were singing along to some Mariah Carey, enjoying our mini Christmas tree and holiday scented candle, and looking at the pretty snow falling outside when we decided to make a video. While the quality of the video is mediocre by today’s standards, and though our lip synching skills could use some work, this is definitely one of my more cherished (though quite silly) college moments and I hope you enjoy it. *Note: I wish I still had that much energy. I think I hopped around that entire time…
